Constructing a New Legacy in the Heart of Pera
Ottopera Hotel is a visionary boutique hospitality project in Taksim’s historic Pera (Beyoğlu) district, uniting traces of the past with the refined comfort of the modern age. Designed and built by the studio in 2020, the building integrates seamlessly into the street’s architectural memory with deep respect for Pera’s historic silhouette and spirit.
At the core of the design philosophy lies a blend of classical Ottoman elegance and today’s modern design language. The facade reinterprets the characteristic bay windows and classical lines of historic Pera buildings in a contemporary vocabulary. The interiors are composed as a dramatic atmosphere enriched with deep green tones, botanical-print wallpapers, warm timber panelling and brass details.
From the warmth of the inviting lobby to the calm luxury of the rooms, every detail lets guests feel the splendour of Pera’s golden days while offering an entirely new and modern hospitality experience.
