Who we are
Torinoarch is an architecture and design studio founded by Kürşad Kemal Kul and Eslem Soylu Kul, registered in Turin, Italy (Viale Enrico Thovez, 23, 10131, TO, Italy). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at torinoarch@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Data you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you choose to submit. We only use this to respond to your inquiry.
Data collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type and referral source — via cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
How we use your data
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To understand overall site usage and improve the site’s content and performance.
Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Google (Google Apps Script), and site analytics are processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC). Data may be processed on Google’s infrastructure, including outside the European Economic Area, under Google’s standard contractual clauses. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data retention
We retain contact form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at torinoarch@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
