Conceptually situated within the historical atmosphere of Fişekhane, The Scarlet Lepus redefines the pâtisserie and brasserie experience through an avant-garde lens. Spanning 350 sqm, this concept project merges classical European elegance with surreal and audacious details, offering guests an unconventional spatial journey.
Our design philosophy creates ‘the unexpected’ by juxtaposing classical elements—such as high ornate ceilings, burgundy wood paneling, and marble flooring—with vibrant red metallic rabbit and cactus sculptures. The glass-roofed winter garden enhances the dramatic impact of the space, while the luxury display designs offer exquisite quality in every detail.
The Scarlet Lepus is not merely a culinary destination but a visual manifesto. With its daring colors and extraordinary figures, it leaves an elite signature on Istanbul’s gastronomy scene.
